Great find, just the sort of thing that should be encouraged. Not sure if the use of gift cards is quite as widespread in the UK, but I am sure the same kind of thing could work here.

That&#039s it! That&#039s exactly what we want to do. God tells us to love others.. How can we do that if we are constantly ripping each other complaining about everything? Granted, there are times when we need to bring poor service or bad experiences to management, but that should be the exception, not the norm. When we do take those complaints to management, do it in love, not bitter righteous indignation.

I am glad you started this site - It is so true that no one gives compliments anymore, just complaints...I work in the customer service field in Jacksonville, AR, and compliments are few and far between! It can really make a difference in a person's day if you let them know they are "doing it right"...just like you told Sean and Mandy that they are doing it right, i would like to tell you....YOURE DOING IT RIGHT!!! :-)
